New Sebilis Expedition looks to be little more than a door on the side of a hill, and it would be easy to miss if it weren't for the nearby tents and shipwrecks. However, a new city lies underground, as the Iksar have carved out a place to live and the roots are still hanging from the ceilings. Most of the inhabitants are busy, spell vendors selling wares, guildmasters recruiting near the entrance, and very few guards. Makes one wonder where all the Troopers are currently?

Surrounding Areas
The underground area is near the shore in the North Western area of The Northern Desert of Ro, on the other side from East Commons tunnel. The nearby shipwrecks don't seem to hold any secrets. There are a few Troopers stationed outside along with a vendor and soulbinder for any travelers to take advantage of.

There's only one way in and one way out of the New Cabilis Expedition and that is The Northern Desert of Ro.

Places
The inside looks very spartan: the new underground home still shows roots through the ceilings, the guild areas are small stations with a bed and desk. Great care was taken to preserve their massive collection of books - book cases decorate every room.

The Iksars of New Sebilis Expedition are happy with their newfound home near The Norther Desert of Ro.
