A LOT of these achievements can be earned concurrently by farming the Steamfont area northeast right outside the minotaur caves. I would recommend going there first and knocking all of those out before moving elsewhere.

Slayer: Conquest

8 achievements can be completed in Steamfont mountains NE.

4 achievements can be completed in Rathe Mounatains, next to Froglok city. (I Hate Snakes, Puttin' On The Dog, Plants Concrete and Stone & We are the Dead)

3 achievements can be completed in Rathe Mounatains, at giants area. (Might They Be Giants, Orc Stromp!, I Hate Snakes)

This guide is how i would do it, it's not set in stone and can be done in other ways to.
This guide in for Classic era.
Nice to know: FD if pet can kill your target, then you wont get faction hit.
Doesn't Play Well With Others
10000 The playable races.
While you done Slayer Special you should more or less have completed this achievement to.
