| Note: You can do the turn ins while sneaked, the trick is not hailing. What I did was pre farmed the turn in for the necklace, you kill the tiger spathi for the letter and amir on the island to the south. Took like 5 turn ins to go to dubious for a rallos ogre. It's 100 faction per turn in. Sneak / invis to the sharr, in the basement of the northernmost building, make sure your sneaks working before going down. It's a good idea to kill the patrol tiger in the hall while it is outside the room.
