Description
25m respawn. ~410HP. Stands guard at the bottom of the elevator entrance of Paineel. Say "need keyz" to him for a Bone Crafted Key (key to Paineel), if he judges you amiably (or better).
Wiki previously listed his level as 13 but he was yellow to my 14 Necro today, which means he could be as high as 16. Will update with further testing.
