He cons aggressive but does not attack. No charm is needed for the Fiery Avenger turn in. He can respawn while the living version is being killed and will not assist. |

| As part of the FA quest, paladins have someone charm the Lich of Miragul turn in Miragul's Phylactery, which spawns the true Miragul (53 Necro). Procs the 1500 point Venril Sathir lifetap, but not nearly as often as VS; you don't need rune/ch chains for this, just a reasonably reactive cleric (don't rely on torpor ask me how i know this) and a tank that can survive at least two in quick succession. The lifetap's proc rate is inconsistent... one fight he tapped our tank 3 times in relatively short order (hence the torpor comment) and then murdered the rest of us with more lifetaps, but on the next fight there were no lifetaps over a similar fight time. Magic resistant but not immune; fire spells landed just fine. | | As part of the Fiery Avenger quest, Paladins turn in Miragul's Phylactery to Lich of Miragul, which spawns the true Miragul (53 Necromancer). Procs the 1500 point Deadly Lifetap. Heals, Mage Hunter Stance, and melee slows help against this. His regular Necromancer spells can be interrupted with various stuns. |

| Currently on a week respawn timer with a 5 day variance.
| |
| | |
| The above respawn timer may no longer be true. See the Lich of Miragul wiki page for more details. It is now likely that his spawn is exactly 7 days.
| |
| | |
| Did not despawn after nearly 4 hours after turning Phylactery in, at which point we killed him. He may not depop (similar to Ixiblat)
| |
| | |
| Very easy if lucky on proc rate, duoed by a 53 Epic Mage and 60 Manastone Cleric.
| |
| | |
| He was able to be slowed after a few attempts by a 60 Enchanter.
