General Information
The Soldier's Brooch is a set of Range slot items with a level 30 minimum requirement, but the quest is easy to do at that level. The set of items granted all start with the name "Slayer's Brooch Of", and there are versions for most classes.

Simply trade in one of each Insignia item from the following mobs to Gaz Commander Faltip (-1576, -255 in Rathe Mountains).
Each of the targets for this quest can be found at the same place. (+1187, +2479 in Rathe Mountains). You can farm the turnin before talking to Gaz Commander Faltip.
