Quick (?) fix: Kill Halflings in Nektulos Forest (-20 Storm Reapers, -2 Mayor Gubbin, -3 Merchants of Rivervale). Fix with Bandages for Honeybugger (Lowers Coalition of Tradefolk Underground, Fixed with Tonics for Groflah) or Hungry Deputy/Jillin's Stew (Lowers Dreadguard Outer, fixed with Bottle of Red Wine)
