| description = Deep within Neriak's 3rd Gate lies the Temple of The Dead, ghouls guard the entrance passageway where the power of Neriak appears strongest.  
Here [[Necromancer]]s train under [[Xon Quexill]] alongside of [[Shadow Knight]]s under Nexxka Tolax. The Dead are Loyal to the Dark Elven [[Queen Cristanos Thex]] and directly oppose the Dark Elven [[King Naythox Thex]].  
They despise the lesser magics, and though they are opposed by [[The Spurned]] (Dark Elf magic users) they reserve the bulk of their hate for the Gnome magic users of the [[Eldritch Collective]] and the High Elf magic users of the Felwithe, [[Keepers of the Art]].

It is difficult to raise this faction from KOS, but several isolated NPCs can be farmed such as [[Linara Parlone]], [[Retlon Brenclog]] and [[Zondo Hyzill]]
