You need the ingot and icon of Devout and 2 [[Vulcanized Platinum Bar]]s (give enchanted platinum to [[Vilissia]] for this).

* The [[Icon of the Devout]] is looted from a [[Minotaur Sentry]] in the Minotaur caves found in Steamfont.
* The [[Ingot of the Devout]] is found on [[a Glacier Bear]] in the caves under the river in Everfrost peaks.
