| description = Find him in the temple with two entrances in the east branch of the valley. The entrance to this temple is at around 225, -750. '''Not''' in the pair of opposing temples labeled B and C on the map. He spawns in the north east room at (536, -902), then paths into the looping hallway, circumnavigating the temple. - He can also spawn in the static spawn locations (have seen this more than once). He has a 40 minute placeholder with the same route. He is a very rare spawn.

To get him to spawn without lowering faction, charm the placeholder and send it into other scorpikis. Let it die, then [[Blanket of Forgetfulness]] to drop aggro. Wait 40 minutes and repeat.

Modani is indifferent to all as an enchanter epic quest NPC. The surrounding scorpikis are on the Venril Sathir Faction.

To get an [[Enchanters Sack]], hand him Jeb's Seal, then say "I need a sack"
