Most commonly spawns in Solusek Goblin King's room. Any of the 3 placeholders can be Champions. He is also known to spawn in the smaller room to the east of Lord Gimblox's chamber. The placeholders there are either a goblin, a Solusek Mage, or a Solusek Champion.
I spent 7 hours killing these guys and the Fiery Vambraces never dropped a single time.
Update -- first kill dropped them March 2023.
