He is located in the uppermost room of the Throne Room area. Of the three spawns in his room, he is the northernmost one. This room suffers from bad pathing and collision detection, as mobs will frequently fall through the floor to the throne room below and come back with friends. It's best to fight in place, and if you're going to pull into the south hallway, be very careful dragging it down the stairs.
