Item Lore : Key to the City of Paineel
Opens elevator to access city area in Paineel. If Paineel is your home city it is in your inventory; also given free if you have at least Amiable faction: say "need" to one of the 4 skeleton guards that hand out the keys. This key is not soul bound! Also acts as a weak light source. In order to use the key, click on the rock at the elevator door, with the key on your mouse pointer. It doesn't work if in your inventory.
