	Seems to have a drop rate of about 1 in 10 from undead (white haired vampire females that are hunched over) in Mistmoore Castle. Given that the undead are only up for a bit less than half the day, this makes Essence of Moonlight annoyingly difficult to come by in any quantity. Soloing as a 50 cleric, I'm happy if I get two an hour, because oftentimes it's none.		Seems to have a drop rate of about 1 in 10 from undead (white haired vampire females that are hunched over) in Mistmoore Castle. Given that the undead are only up for a bit less than half the day, this makes Essence of Moonlight annoyingly difficult to come by in any quantity. Soloing as a 50 cleric, I'm happy if I get two an hour, because oftentimes it's none.

	Work this and you will get drops and increase your drop rate. I get 2-3 drops in an EQ game day like this as a 60 enchanter. I just Soothe (Lull line of spells) by anything I don't want to mess with and level 55 pet with big haste cleans up anything I do run into or want to kill.
